The 5 major Issues the Best Administration will focus on will be:

1.     Healthcare as an American Right


a.     President Best will solidify and update the existing Affordable Care Act to include subsidized insurance, ensuring that all Americans have healthcare as a right.  

b.     All Americans will qualify for Insurance and those making under 250k per household will effectively have free insurance if not covered by their employer.

c.      The US Government will directly reimburse health insurance companies for Insurance provided to Americans who have no employment insurance or who cannot afford to purchase their own.

d.     Employers will be mandated to continue to offer insurance to individuals as is under current Federal and State law. No changes to employer insurance requirements.

e.     Only United States Citizens will qualify for subsidized Federal Health Insurance aka “Best Care”.

2.     Restoration of American Human Rights and Due Process

a.     President Best will ensure that all American’s right to Freedom of Speech, Expression and Due Process will not be infringed.

b.     The Best Administration sign executive orders on Day #1, ensuring that all Americans have due process under the constitution.

c.      For non-American citizens the rights afforded to them under the US Constitution will be protected and restored.

3.     Free Economy – Let Everyone do what they do Best!

a.     President Best will free up the US economy from unnecessary regulations that prohibit growth.

b.     President Best will work to implement a Federal Central Bank Digital (CBDC) Currency not as an alternative to the United States Dollar but in support of it.

c.      President Best will open and promote the study of the possibility of harnessing the Quantum Financial System.

d.     President Best will promote the “American Free Economic Security Act” that will regulate AI development and usage of it within American businesses to ensure that a human workforce is encouraged, incentivized and promoted.

e.     President Best will promote the “American Right to Work Act”, this legislation will focus on hitting the brakes on AI development in the United States, prioritizing workforce training and learning for those who qualify and ensuring that unemployment insurance for states is guaranteed by the Federal Government.

f.       The Best Administration will immediately end all tariffs that the current Administration has implemented on the American people.

g.     The Food-Snap program will be reduced in its scope and expanded more to the American citizens who truly qualify and need food assistance and security.

h.     The Best Administration will work with regional and international partners to restore Global Economic Security by restoring the US AID programs as well as adding additional diplomatic programs via the State Department to ensure United States Economic Security.

i.       Under the Best Administration, the US Government will prioritize renewable energy such as research into fusion and other free or near free energy sources.

j.       The Best Administration will focus on enabling secular and religious non profits and charities to take care of those who need help by providing expanded assistance to those organizations.

4.     Restore Faith in American Institutions

a.     The Best Administration will restore faith in American Institutions via the following:

·       Immediately end the weaponization of the United States Justice Department and other Government Agencies. President Best will just be an average American, an outsider with no political attachments or compromises.

·       Enforce the Separation of Church and State at a Federal Level.

·       Ensure that the Judicial System remains politically impartial and the Supreme Court of the United States follows the Constitution.

·       Restore various United States agencies under careful review that were hastily gutted or closed under the current administration.

·       Revamp the United States Education System to promote Charter and Private schools subsidized by the Federal Government and to ensure United States Education standards again match those of our developed nations peer group.

5.     Rescheduling of Marijuana

a.     The Best Administration will reschedule marijuana to be as available as alcohol in the United States. Every American will have the right to grow, use and possess cannabis in all forms. Existing state and federal laws for misuse of this drug as is today for alcohol abuse will remain in effect.

b.     Marijuana research will no longer be blocked by big pharma and corporations who do not want the healing knowledge of the marijuana plant to be explored by Americans.

c.      Marijuana convictions for all Americans dating back to 1955 will be pardoned.
